Transfer QuickBooks Transactions and Lists from one Company to another!

Use this tool to transfer QuickBooks data from one QuickBooks company to another. You can transfer lists (like customers, vendors, and account) and transactions (like checks, bills, and invoices.) using the tool.

For example, you may want to copy invoices entered in a copy of your company file on a laptop to the primary QuickBooks file at the home office. Similarly, an accountant may want to make modifications to a client’s file by adding journal entries or other transactions during a monthly review. Using this tool, these new transactions & list items can then be copied to the client’s copy of the company file.

The tool supports all transactions & lists supported by QuickBooks import. Using Excel, you view & optionally change or filter your data before sending it to the destination file. This includes most QuickBooks data.

For added flexibility, both the source & destination company files can be on the same or on different machines. The tool can create transfer files on one machine which can then be copied or emailed to another machine for import into the destination file.

The tool is version-independent & works with all supported versions of QuickBooks. This means data can be copied from any version to any version. So, if you’re an accountant with the latest version of QuickBooks, you can open your clients’ company files and then make adjusting entries or add other transactions & then export your changes for import into the clients company file, even if they have an older version of QuickBooks.

System Requirements

This tool works with Excel 97 - 2010 for Windows & with QuickBooks 99 – QuickBooks 2010 and all QuickBooks Enterprise versions.
