Time & Materials (T&M) -  This plan is for clients that require "as needed" services and support or short term projects. These services are billed at a fixed hourly rate.

Support Plans (Best Value) - This plan is for clients that are looking for ongoing support and want a proactive approach to their technology requirements. Clients can engage our services through one of our monthly support plans which they will prepay for a specific amount of hours each month.

Our monthly support plans give our clients the comfort knowing that their technology needs are being addressed on an ongoing basis and they always have someone to rely on for advice and suggestions. Our monthly support plans can be combined to include support and consulting services.

IT ASSESSMENTS & AUDIT SERVICES

Many small businesses can benefit significantly from our IT Assessments & Audit services to improve organization productivity, reduce costs, and get a handle on thier technology assets and operations.  During our assessment, we will work with you as we go through an extensive checklist to document and assess your technology environment. Once completed, we will make the necessary recommendations for change and improvement. Best of all, if you ask us to assist you with implementing our recommendations, the cost of the assessment will be deducted from the cost of our services.  

IT ASSET RECOVERY SERVICES

Equipment Disposal – We will help you free up valuable office space by recycling used and/or obsolete computer and network equipment. We properly dispose of your equipment following the EPA guidelines.

Equipment Donation – Many companies have computer and network equipment that is no longer of use to them. This equipment may have several years of use left to other organizations. Through our partnerships with non-profits and other organizations, you can donate this equipment to help out one of these local organizations. For your donation, you will receive a receipt for a potential tax deduction.

Recovery – Sell your unused or outdated computer and network equipment to us. We will give you above market prices for most items.
