Bill Campbell is the CEO of Balancelogic, a leading provider of business support services based in Waldorf, MD. Balancelogic® is made of up several operating divisions which include: Managed IT Support & Cyber Security Services, Website & Graphics Design Services, Full Service Marketing Services, VoIP Phones Systems, and Small Business Consulting Services. Since its launch in mid-2004, Balancelogic has grown an average of 35% year over year..

Bill was also the Managing Partner of 9th Degree Advisors, leading the Business Operations Strategies discipline and focusing on advising CEOs and business owners of small and medium sized companies with revenues of $5M – $50M.

In April 2008, Bill Founded Capture Enterprises, a national marketing solutions and services company, which features a collection of brands including Extinction FightWear™ and StayStrongWithCancer™. As Founder and Chairman, Bill continues to create and expand the wide spectrum of Capture Enterprises’ package of brands.

Prior to launching Balancelogic in 2004, Bill held several executive and management positions at various public and private companies including Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a midsized government contracting firm located in Washington D.C.

Bill is a decorated Veteran and began his career in the military, devoting more than eight years to the United States Marine Corps and received an Honorable Discharge in April 2000. His management capacities included Regimental Data Communication Chief, where he was responsible for the upgrade and support of a large section of the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base’s network infrastructure and the management of 50+ Marines.

Bill earned an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Trinity College & University and holds more than 50 certificates in a myriad of business and technical subjects. He is a Speaker and has authored several articles and ebooks, including Breaking the Marketing Barrier, What’s Your Cybersecurity Plan; the small business guide, and The Power of Business Networking which was featured on the cover of Small Business CEO magazine.

He is a proud member of several volunteer organizations and regularly supports community events through sponsorships, donations, and numerous volunteer hours. Bill has a strong passion to help and support small businesses and is known for his innovation, energy, and advocacy.
