In April 2008, Bill Founded Capture Enterprises, a national marketing solutions and services company, which features a collection of brands including CEO Junction, Extinction FightWear™ and StayStrongWithCancer™. As Founder and Chairman, Bill created and expanded the wide spectrum of Capture Enterprises’ package of brands.

Also, in 2008, Bill was the Managing Partner of 9th Degree Advisors, leading the Business Operations Strategies discipline and focusing on advising CEOs and business owners of small and medium sized companies with revenues of $5M – $50M.

CEO of ITAssurance℠: Bill also leads Balancelogic’s sister company ITAssurance℠, a managed service provider that began as a Balancelogic brand in 2004 and became its own company in 2019.

Decorated Marine Corps Veteran: Bill’s career commenced with his honorable service in the United States Marine Corps, where he dedicated over 8 1/2 years. As a Regimental Data Communication Chief, he oversaw a significant upgrade and support of the Camp Pendleton Marine Corps base’s network infrastructure while leading and managing a team of 50+ Marines.

Cybersecurity Leadership: Bill’s extensive knowledge and proficiency in cybersecurity made him the winner of CompTIA’s 2023 Cybersecurity Leadership Spotlight Award. His expertise covers a broad spectrum of areas, including IT security, ethical hacking, network defense, and data recovery, further reinforced by certifications from leading institutions such as CompTIA, AWS, and Microsoft.
