How Does Secure Flow Work?

Balancelogic’s Secure Flow email protection service filters your emails from the internet before they enter your mail servers. Email messages are routed to Balancelogic’s security system to process and scan all your emails daily to ensure you get safe emails and remove any harmful emails.

Secure Flow is a cloud-based service that is connected to your DNS Records and routes all emails to Balancelogic and to our partner’s security system software to be filtered. 

The Attachment Quarantine performs a forensic analysis on all attachments in a cloud-based sandbox environment.

The Link Protection rewrites ALL links to safe versions and performs time-of-click analysis on the destination address. This is feature is truly amazing and automatically directs you to a safe site or will notify you of a threat.

Message Retraction for Microsoft Office 365 enhances incident response with the ability to retract malicious emails already delivered to any users’ inbox. A detailed audit trail is automatically kept.
