Backup and Disaster Recovery Services
SECURE. OFFSITE. AFFORDABLE. OUR DataAssurance™ –CONTINUOUS BACKUP SERVICES ARE THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR PC’S, MACS, AND SERVERS
So what is Online Backup? Our online backup solution, DataAssurance™, allows companies to backup their data, whether it is located on a PC, Mac, or Server to a secure offsite location.
How does it work? It is simple. We install a very small, non-intrusive agent, then we select the files that are critical and need to be backed up, and finally we set the schedule for the files to be automatically backed up. The schedule can be daily, weekly, monthly, or a combination for more protection
Through the installed agent, we are able to manage and monitor the backup process to ensure complete protection. If a backup job fails for any reason or if a file is not properly backed up, we are instantly notified and will check to verify what the issue is. This gives you the peace of mind that your data is safe.
A very low percentage of small businesses backup their data. A high percentage of small businesses think that a disaster could never happen to them…until it does.
What is your data worth?
It is difficult to put an actual number on what your data is worth because there is no pre-defined formula or calculation that can be run. Although, you should think of the value of your data in “business worth”. Think about the impact to your company if the CEO’s laptop crashed or if the hard drive in desktop you use for your accounting software was corrupted, and if the server that held your client contact list suddenly crashed. These examples all have “business worth” to you, and would it be worth it to make sure these devices were backup up.
Our DataAssurance solutions ensure compliance with the following:
– Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX)
– Graham-Leach-Bliley (GLB)
– Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
– Payment Card Industry (PCI)
